Minimum effective dose
- Schedule two touchpoints this week.
- Do one shared activity.
- Write one sentence: “This week I’m being the kind of person who ___.”
¶ Quick wins
- Text/call one person you like (low stakes).
- Join one group activity you can repeat weekly (class, walk group, volunteering).
- Eat one meal with another human (in person if possible).

¶ Weekly social calendar (10 minutes)
- 1 planned “small” touchpoint (call/walk)
- 1 planned “big” touchpoint (meal/event)
- 1 group commitment (the “right tribe” move)
¶ Purpose (2 minutes/day)
- “Today I’ll do one useful thing for ___.”
